Good spot, good service, good food. We had a nice family lunch here and we will for sure come back. This is the second or third Tokyo Joe's I've been to and it never disappoints.
One caveat - you build your own bowl so if you tell them to make you something you don't like, you just have to deal with it. Lol!
Walking in everything looked clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Food was not so great. I ordered noodles with brocolli and carrots and a green chili sauce. The sauce did not compliment the food at all. The individual ingredients were not seasoned at all. It was like they are dependent on the sauce to be the flavoring but it just makes all the tastes conflict.
Ordered the Bento Box (available on weekends) and it was GREAT!! It was perfect for lunch. Delivery was prompt, food was hot,drink was cold. Satisfied!!
Man thise Vietnamese rolls are the worst I've ever had. Only had carrot, cucumber and shrimp and who ever rolled them is really bad at it they fell apart after first bite.

I made my own bowl with Serloin steak, ramen noodles, a boat load of veggies and used 2 sauces: mojoe from the sweet menu and red dragon from the spicy (blended perfectly!)
Hubby did the BBQ Banh Mi and was a huge fan! We also had to try the spring rolls and the pot stickers- both really good 👍
Plus the staff was great (super friendly and helpful).
Noodle bowl was cold, food was not good at all. Vegetables not cooked well. The manager however was nice about giving us a refund. She explained that their is a new hire teenager cooking and needed more training.
Tokyo Joes strikes a great balance between delicious and healthy. This location feels particularly clean and the employees are phenomenal. Shoutout to the folks who work here since they are top-tier, they always get my order right and the service is lightning fast. It's a small detail but I've noticed they dice the fish just right and layer everything with just a bit more precision than other Tokyo Joe locations I've been to. Part of why they're my go-to location.
Big fan of the tuna poke bowl w/spicy aoli sauce. Highly recommended!
If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5. I ordered ahead, said it would be 15 minutes for a simple bowl, it took an additional 10 minutes, but the attitude that the staff has was the worst, the women working were not in any hurry to get things done on time, they could care less about you ordering early as they don't start until you get there. Management needs to see how horrible people are treated there.
